Data Deletion Instructions

If you submitted your information to Nestway through our website, a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, or any other form, you can request that we delete your personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request using any of the methods below, including the name, phone number, or email address you used when you submitted your information:

What Happens Next

We will locate your information in our systems (including our CRM and any connected advertising integrations) and permanently delete it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads

If you submitted your information through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, you can also manage or delete the copy of your data stored by Meta directly from your Facebook Activity Log, in addition to contacting us using the methods above.
